POLICY

NO REFUNDS/NO EXCEPTIONS/NO CANCELLATIONS

Exchange store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on garments as they will not be accepted.

Please contact customer service immediately if you receive an item that is damaged.

RETURNS

You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your return package. Please note, returns are processed within 3-10 business days upon reaching our facility. Once processing is completed, your store credit will then be issued.
